Looking back over the season Keister is pleased with the improvement she has seen.

"We've improved a lot. A lot of the kids have done phenomenal and all the new swimmers have learned all four strokes. Because the younger kids are now familiar with all the strokes, they are improving at a faster rate," Keister said.

Now the Championships are on the way and Keister told the kids to just go out there and have fun.

"I think they're really excited and as long as they have fun I know they will do well," Keister noted.

"We will have a regular practice schedule and next week is spirit week. We will also have a big spaghetti dinner on Friday night," Keister added.

This Saturday will be the Germantown Gators will be competing in the Championships in West Carrollton.

"I told them that they should just go out there and do their best and most of all just have fun. It's the end of the season and try to enjoy the day," Keister commented.
